Rosemary Chicken Thighs over Rainbow Swiss Chard

1 package of boneless chicken thighs
1 bunch rainbow swiss chard
½ cup chicken broth
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt

Yield: 2 servings

Directions – Chicken
Turn broiler on- set to low
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil
Place thighs on foil
Drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with sea salt & rosemary
Broil for 15 minutes

Directions – Chard
Wash and chop swiss chard into 2-3 inch pieces
Place in a large sauté pan
Drizzle with olive oil
Add chicken broth & sprinkle with sea salt
Cover and steam until the stems are tender.

Place generous portion of swiss chard on the plate
Place chicken thighs on top of chard
