This marinade is a winning combination of sweet, salty and smoky!

¼ cup Liquid Smoke
2 Peaches (very ripe and juicy)
2-3 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
Salt & Pepper
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
2 thick cut boneless pork chops

Slice the peaches and mash/muddle in a bowl
Add all other ingredients to bowl and mix well
Poke holes in both sides of the pork chops with a fork
Place chops in a large zip lock bag, add marinade, let it sit (in the refrigerator) for 30 minutes
Broil on high for approx. 30 minutes

I think sticking the chop with a firk all over and then marinating them us helpful and I really just watch them carefully as they cook. Using a meat thermometer is great too!
