Pumpkin Butter Glaze

This beautiful glaze is made with fresh pumpkin pulp and is an amazing topping!

 

1 c. sugar
2 c. thick pumpkin pulp
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. cinnamon

Cook for approximately 20 minutes….or until the mixture becomes thick, stirring frequently to keep from sticking and burning.  Puree in a blender and seal in mason jars.
