Organic Meals To Go!

I love cook healthy meals for my customers and knowing that I am contributing to their well-being.

This fantastic customer meal consists of a 100% organic salad dressed with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Fresh Cracked Pepper and crushed Organic Seasoned Croutons along with Broiled Organic Salmon marinated in a Parmesan Garlic Olive Oil with Capers.


  • Baby Kale
  • Baby Spinach
  • Baby Carrots
  • Alfalfa Sprouts
  • Cucumbers
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • Seasoned Croutons
  • Salmon Filets


  • Set the oven to Broil (high).
  • Line a baking dish with aluminum foil (for easy clean up).
  • Place the salmon filets in the dish and cover with parmesan garlic olive Oil & add capers.
  • Broil for approx. 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 125-130 degrees.
  • While the salmon is cooking assemble your salad.  I crushed the croutons until they looked like breadcrumbs and sprinkled them into the salad for some extra crunch. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper and mix gently.

Here’s the second meal:


  • Mixed Greens
  • Goat Cheese
  • Craisins
  • Sliced Almonds
  • Cucumbers
  • Alfalfa Sprouts
  • Seasoned Croutons
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Chicken Breasts


  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh rosemary & crushed seasoned croutons and bake  for approx. 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • While the chicken is cooking assemble your salad and make the dressing.

  • Place one container of cherry tomatoes, two (2) sprigs of fresh rosemary leaves, salt & pepper (to taste) and about 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil into a blender.
  • Use the Food Processor setting to incorporate all of the ingredients until it’s creamy.
