It’s “thyme” for ANOTHER quick & easy weeknight dinner recipe!
- 1 package of chicken thighs
- 1 jar of Dickinson’s sweet-n-hot pepper and onion relish
- 12 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove the skin from the thighs and place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Spread the relish over each thigh (go ahead…use the whole jar!)
- Roughly chop the thyme and sprinkle over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with foil & bake for 20-30 minutes.
Does it get any easier than that?
