Horseradish Cheddar Cheese Spread

This is a wonderful spread that can be made ahead this holiday season that keeps well for 1-2 months in the refrigerator.  Bring it out for parties, snack time, spread it on sandwiches or use on your steak or filet mignon.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups shredded yellow cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cups sour cream
  • 6 Tablespoons drained (prepared) horseradish

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor and combine until smooth.

You can use a hand mixer with whisk attachments if you don’t have a food processor and mix on high until the cheese is cut into small bits.
