It’s summer…it’s tomato season….it’s the easiest recipe on earth (aside from just eating it raw).
- Fresh tomatoes (any kind)
- Oro Bailen Picual olive oil (or any extra virgin olive oil)
- salt & pepper
- Cut the tomatoes in half (or thick slices depending upon what type of tomato you have)
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1.5-2 hours
