Oven Roasted Tomatoes

It’s summer…it’s tomato season….it’s the easiest recipe on earth (aside from just eating it raw).


  • Fresh tomatoes (any kind)
  •  Oro Bailen Picual olive oil (or any extra virgin olive oil)
  • salt & pepper


  • Cut the tomatoes in half (or thick slices depending upon what type of tomato you have)
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Sprinkle with salt & pepper
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 1.5-2 hours

Yes, that’s all there is to it.
