Cranberry Citrus Relish

Do you want to cut back on the amount of time you spend in the kitchen this Thanksgiving? Try this NO-COOK recipe that can be made a day or two ahead of time!

Ingredients
1 bag of fresh cranberries
2 small oranges
1 cup granulated sugar

Directions
Wash cranberries.
Quarter oranges (leave the skin on) and remove seeds.
Place in a food processor or blender that can grind/chop/masticate.
Place in a bowl, add sugar, mix well and let it sit for 24 hours before serving.
